Jo went about creating the most phenomenal, ten course taster menu for an eclectic bunch of ten of us (with various dietary requests!), in secret, and then proceeded to manage the chaotic logistics of serving 10 courses, to 10 people in complete darkness, keeping glasses topped up at all times and without skidding over on the odd, stray morsel that hadn’t quite made it successfully to its intended destination!
